A Home Visit?

Today, Pearl went on a home visit with one of our volunteers. Her alertness to smaller animals and dogs has played a part in why she hasn't yet found that perfect home.

Pearl was an absolute angel on her walk to the volunteer's house. Over roughly a mile, we passed plenty of smaller dogs, birds, even rabbits, and she didn't even bat an eyelid! Well done, Pearl!

Things didn't exactly go to plan at the volunteer's house with his small dogs relatively uncomfortable with her being there, but there was progress made.

Pearl would still only be suited to a home with no other pets, but she proved today on her walk what an angel she really is.
